Cancellation Policy

You may request to cancel your child's tutoring session, for a full refund, up to 72 hours before the date and time of the session, with advance notice in writing or e-mail.  

When you reserve a tutoring slot for your child, you agree to these terms.

Doing Homework

25-71 Hours

Cancellations between 25-72 hours before the tutoring session may be rescheduled or credited to a different date/time.  Rescheduling is based upon the availability of open tutoring slots.

Hide and Seek
Family on Vacation

24 Hour Notice

Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of the tutoring date/time will not be refunded or rescheduled.  When you reserve a tutoring slot for your child, you agree to these terms. 

Extended Absence

In order to maintain your child's tutoring slot, all reserved tutoring sessions must be paid, or another student is eligible to fill this tutoring slot.
